The 2025 Nissan Murano is a midsize luxury SUV with lots of space for people and cargo. It has a powerful engine under the hood and comes packed with standard and available tech features that can make each drive safer and more enjoyable.
Introducing the 2025 Nissan Murano
The 2025 Murano is a midsize luxury SUV designed for daily driving. It is completely redesigned for the new model year, replacing the previous year’s powertrain with a brand-new inline-4 and boasting a refreshed look that will turn heads at every corner. This model year is available in three trim levels, including an entry trim offered in front-wheel and all-wheel drive. The two upper models are offered exclusively with the all-wheel drivetrain.
Impressive Performance
Under the hood of each Murano trim level is a 241-hp 2.0L 4-cylinder engine that generates 260 pound-feet of torque. A nine-speed automatic transmission delivers smooth shifting performance and distributes torque to the wheels instantly, so you can expect responsive acceleration and road-gripping traction in all driving conditions. The powertrain also provides a towing capacity of 1,500 pounds, which is more than enough for light trailering.
Head-Turning Styling
The exterior boasts a modern profile enhanced by a unique front fascia with signature LED lights. Gloss Black 20-inch wheels with aero covers boost the SUV’s visual appeal while reducing drag for improved performance. Perimeter lighting with signature ground lights is optional on the two upper models, and you can also customize your ride with a range of bold color options, such as Deep Ocean Blue Metallic or Scarlet Ember Tintcoat.
Comfortable Interior
Inside, the luxurious cabin provides seats for five, with heated front seats and a 60/40 split-folding second-row bench. The driver’s seat offers eight direction control adjustments and two lumbar support settings for added comfort behind the wheel. TailorFit leatherette seating surfaces are standard and provide the same luxurious feel as leather in a greener material. Leather upholstery and front-seat ventilation are available.
Innovative Tech Features
The infotainment comes standard with all the entertainment and connectivity features you might expect from a current-generation vehicle, but what makes the Murano special is a range of innovative available features. For instance, the all-new HD Enhanced Intelligent Around View Monitor helps minimize blind spots for enhanced maneuverability around obstacles.
Driver Assistance
Each trim level also comes with Nissan’s ProPilot 1.0 or ProPilot 1.1 driver assistance technology, an advanced type of hands-on cruise control that can help you relax during long rides. Lane-keeping and lane-changing assistance, collision-avoidance systems, and automatic emergency braking are also standard across the lineup.
